Consent to the collection and processing of personal data

1. General provisions

A user of the AltynFood mobile application and the altynfood.kz website (the User), by ticking the consent box at registration, placing an order or sending a request, freely and in their own interest consents to the collection and processing of personal data under Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection".

Hereinafter — the Operator.

3. Personal data processed

• phone number;
• name (if provided by the User);
• delivery addresses and comments to them;
• order contents, amounts and history, favourite products, personal recipes;
• discount card number (if provided by the User);
• support request text, attached photos, email address (if provided in the request);
• technical data: device identifier, IP address, application and operating system version.

4. Purposes of processing

• account registration and maintenance, sign-in from different devices;
• accepting, picking and delivering orders, calculating prices and discounts;
• contacting the User about an order: clarifying contents, product substitutions, delivery status;
• reviewing and answering requests;
• account protection and fraud prevention;
• fixing errors and developing the application and website;
• sending informational and promotional messages — only with the User's separate consent.

5. Processing operations

Processing is carried out with and without automation and includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer in the cases listed in section 6, depersonalisation, blocking and destruction.

6. Transfer to third parties

Personal data is transferred only to the extent required for the purposes in section 4:

• to the Operator's employees and to persons who pick and deliver orders under a contract with the Operator;
• to persons providing server hosting and notification delivery — under confidentiality terms;
• to state authorities — in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Personal data is not sold and is not transferred for third-party advertising.

7. Term of consent

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. After the consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted, personal data is destroyed, except for information whose retention period is set by law (for example, primary accounting documents for orders).

8. User rights

The User has the right to:

• receive information about their personal data and how it is processed;
• demand that personal data be changed or supplemented;
• demand blocking and destruction of personal data processed in breach of the law;
• withdraw consent to personal data processing.

9. How to withdraw consent

• In the application: Profile → Delete account.
• By email: to admgroup@adm-group.kz with the subject "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing" and the account phone number.

After the consent is withdrawn, orders cannot be placed in the application.
