AltynFood (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile app and related services (“Service”).

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to place and fulfill a delivery order:

• Name
• Phone number
• Delivery address

We do not collect app usage metadata or diagnostics.

3. How we use information

• Processing and fulfilling orders
• Delivery
• Contact regarding order details

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.

5. Data security

• Personal data is stored encrypted
• Communication between the app and server uses HTTPS

6. Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed. Deleting your account removes related records from our servers.

7. Your rights. Account deletion

You may request information about your data or delete your account using either method:

• In the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion happens immediately.
• Without the app: email admgroup@adm-group.kz with subject "Account deletion" and the phone number on the account. We will delete the account and associated data within 7 days and confirm by email.

Deleting an account (either method) removes: profile, delivery addresses, favorites, personal recipes, and order history.

Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
